Flower Challenge

Hello Friends,

Today I bring a card for the  flower challenge!! Here is my card:

For my image I’ve chosen Sitting Wedding Tilda from Magnolia Stamps. I`ve added a little bit of purple stickles on the flowers of her hair and on the bouquet so they would be shining a bit.
I colored the image with copic markers.

To place my Sitting Wedding Tilda I cut on my Grand Calibur  a piece of white cardstock with beaded ovals  and classic oval nestabilities

Background papers is from my stash !!!! I added rhinestones on the 4 corners of the card and they are from KC.   Flowers are from Stamping Scrapping Designs.

That is all from me today!  I hope you get the chance to play with us!

Thanks for stopping by!

Hugs,

Vivi

Now those beauties on the side are flowers from Cindy! Don’t they make a nice statement? So crisp!  I need to order some more I have plans for these babies!!! Oh I almost forgot the little lace border is a cut from Martha’s punch!

Flowers Challenge!!

Hi!  I hope everyone had a wonderful Easter!  For the flowers challenge today, I chose Writing Diary Tilda colored with prismacolor pencils.  I started my base of the card with my Scor-Pal and then  used my Grand Calibur to cut out the Spellbinders circle and the Magnolia Doohickey leaf, swirl, and lace dies. The flowers and scalloped circles were made with the cricut George and Lacy Labels cartridges. I stamped my sentiment on a Tim Holtz large ticket stub.  I added some cluny lace, i-rock gems, and stitching and glued it all together using my scotch ATG.  Hope you link up your card and play along!

Easter Birdhouse

I would always rather give a container than a card.  You can decorate the container and fill it with something scrumptious.  I've used cookies, candy, gourmet coffee, tea, and small gifts to fill them.  This little beauty will be filled with Easter candy and given instead of an Easter basket. The box was cut on my Cricut using an MTC file and scored with my Scor-Pal. The flowers on the front are Magnolia Beach Flowers which were colored and then shaped with my McGill tools.  The hole was backed with black paper to simulate a hole and the container was filled from the bottom.

Paper: DCWV Garden Party; Stamps: Magnolia Beach Flower, Stamping Scrapping.com, Papertrey; Stickles Fruit Punch; Marianne Flourish Die; Wild Orchid Flowers; Ribbon: Joann Fabrics; Modern Romance Floral Spray; for the Copic colors I used, please see my blog.

Happy Easter

Maggie Easter_f
a glad to be here once more  to share with you my latest project. I cute Easter card. I tried to keep the traditional look and go for softness. Here Magnolia stamp is colored with copic markers.
Most of the cardstock was itty bitty pieces I had around! The pattern paper is K and Co (if I am not mistaken – I have to figure out a way to keep the brand name of my paper pieces lol). The cutie lace is one of the various cute paper punches from Martha Stewart. The ribbon and the little Skittles are from my warehouse (a.k.a my craft place). All that bling is stikles.
Now that charming flower on the top was made with flowers from my stash (this one was colored with copics!) and the bottom part is a delightful cream flower from Cindy. Doesn't the cream flower make the look? Such a pop! Have you seen the HUGE VARIETY of flowers that Cindy carry (Her own line) at stampingscrapping? Insanely gorgeous pieces. Pick some! You won’t regret to start a collection!
I hope you enjoyed my little card. Don’t forget to join us  Magnolia Stamp Lovers for this Easter Challenge you still have time! Come back for more inspiration from the MSL DT!
See you!

I had fun making this one. Lots of sticking, flowers, JustRite stamps …. what a blast!! My image is from the wonderful new Butterfly Dreams collection.  This cutie is Tilda with Hawaiian Flower.

So, what are you doing for our ribbon challenge? We’d love to see it so why not join in the fun?

Ribbon Challenge

For my ribbon challenge card, I chose Happy Tilda colored with prismacolor pencils.  I think Tilda is so happy because the snow here is finally melting!  : )   I started my card base with the Scor-Pal.  I then used the Grand Calibur to cut out the Magnolia Doohickey swirl and old Swedish lace.  The heart shape and ticket care by Tim Holtz and the sheet music is from my piano lesson days.  I added some stitching and a polka dot bow.  Hope you have a happy day just like Tilda is having!

Tilda with Spring Bundle!

Hello Friends,

Today is my day to show you a card for the ribbon challenge!

I love making cards with ribbons and have a hard time to make one card without it, so love this challenge!

Here is my card:

Ribbon is from my stash...  I had never used a ribbon so thin like this, must confess.. not easy to tide a bow!! hehe

I used the impressabilities from Spellbinders and my Grand Calibur on the blue plain DCWV cardstock .

For my image I use Tilda with spring bundle and colored her with copic markers: B12, B02, B00, C7, C5, C3, E37, E33, E53, E00, E000 & R20, R59, R27, G99, YG11.

I added half adhesive pearls in blue color.. I colored the pearls with copic markers #B12. Check out the flower section... Cindy has an awesome range of flowers to sell...  check it out here.

I hope you like my card and leave a little note so I know you stopped by!

Hugs & Kisses
