Magnolia Stamp Lover Ornament Challenge
How fun....and super simple! Something I am really loving at the moment! I took a ornament frame from my LSS, colored Gift Tilda, cut her down to fit..and plopped her right into the frame and added a bow. She really does look adorable on a Christmas Tree or you could even pop her right onto a present! Easy peasy!

BRRRRR
I have decided to do something a little bit different with my ornament project- I made an ornament shaped card.

I cut the card on my cricut. I then colored my Tilda to match the papers. This Tilda is called Chilly Tilda, she is an oldy, but a goody!!! I think she looks so cold. I stamped the sentiment (from the Stamping Scrapping Designs Celebrate set) onto my nestabilities label 4 and then sprayed it with my copic air compressor while it was still in the nestie. I love how this leaves such a nice clean white border around the shape. We love seeing all your great Magnolia ornaments, so keep up the good work!!!

Here an ornament, there an ornament...
Before we get down to business, we need to announce the winner of the last challenge. Drum roll please....and our random winner is: #1 NY Debbie - please contact Cindy at (stampingscrapping@charter.net) and use "Winner of MSL Challenge - Punches" in the subject. Cindy will contact you about your prize. We had 74 entries in that challenge, wouldn't it be cool if we could double that for this one?
This Magnolia Stamp Lover's challenge is "Ornaments". You can either make an ornament or put an ornament on your card. I've chosen to actually make an ornament to send to a friend. The background is a Spellbinder Heirloom Ornament die which is available from Cindy. I've cut the window with a Spellbinder Classic Oval die, traced the outside of the die on a corresponding color of cardstock, cut it out and placed it behind the window. I die cut another ornament out of white cardstock and covered the back. The stamp is Flying Tilda Angel from Magnolia, cut out, colored with copics and popped up on the background paper; you can check out the colors on my blog. The paper is Anna Griffin Christmas Scrapbook Cardstock. The ribbon is a Christmas ribbon from Trim It Up purchased at Michael's. There is plenty of room on the back of the ornament to write a sentiment. This could be given as a card and then used as an ornament - two for one. Just remember to write your sentiment on the back before you attach your image, it's rocky writing if you don't.
